ÈÕ±¾avÎÞÂëGreenville was opened in Piedmont, South Carolina in 2019.
Our Greenville laboratory houses one of the most impressive independent non-destructive testing (NDT) facilities in the US and operates as an extension to Element’s Hartford, Connecticut laboratory which currently services Aerospace and Power Generation clients worldwide.
ÈÕ±¾avÎÞÂëGreenville has successfully passed the GE S1000 and AC7004 quality audits. Our testing laboratory is also NADCAP certified, primarily serving the aerospace critical rotating parts industry, with capabilities including NDT and related chemical processing. NDT inspection services include fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) and ultrasonic testing (UT). Chemical processing includes blue etch anodize (BEA) and chemical etch.. ÈÕ±¾avÎÞÂëGreenville’s signature processes are BEA and complex contour following UT C-Scans.
ÈÕ±¾avÎÞÂëGreenville provides services to a range of aerospace Primes and their supplier networks, including Pratt & Whitney, General Electric, Rolls-Royce and Snecma.
